Is there anything wrong or a disadvantage by enabling all gems on a project instead of just a select few. I understand build time for the gems will go up, is there any other problems that may happen with having them all? Thanks
From my little experience with lumberyard you build all C++ source code to create the editor and the game so imagine with me 7600 files to build adding more gems will bloat the project activate only what you need for faster compilation.
Last time I built the editor and the game the compilation process took 1:14 hour on 8 cores i7 7700k overclocked to 4.8GHZ so yes you need more cores or lower the files to compile faster.
Thanks thats what I was thinking, because just what I need it takes around 5-6 hours to rebuild/build the full project. Thanks @NorthEGames for your imput big thanks!
