Creating a release/debug build of a game

I recently tried to make a release/debug build to put onto another computer. It worked on my computer, but when I copied it to another computer it said: “Failed to load Game DLL! EmptyTemplate.dll!” (I used the command “lmbr_waf build_win_x64_release -p all --progress --output-folder-win64=release” to build it into the release folder so I can find it easily)

How would I create a release/debug build to run on another computer?
