[FeatureRequest] GameplayBus events that may return a value (AZStd::any)

This would make Gameplay bus way more powerfull and cut down the number of required events you need in some use cases.

Actually Gameplay event is just a plain notification would be great if they can return actual data AZStd::any

If you have an handler in lua that doesn’t call return it needs to automatically return nil.
