GameLiftServerSDK plugin not found UE4 27

Unreal Version 4.27
Visual Studio version 2022
GameLift-SDK-Release-4.0.2
I am following this tutorial: How To Make A Multiplayer Game With Unreal Engine and Amazon GameLift (Part 2 - GameLift Server SDK) - YouTube
When trying to generate my unreal project files it is giving me the error saying that the Plugin was not found. Here is my GameliftTutorial.uproject:

{
	"FileVersion": 3,
	"EngineAssociation": "4.27",
	"Category": "",
	"Description": "",
	"Modules": [
		{
			"Name": "GameLiftTutorial",
			"Type": "Runtime",
			"LoadingPhase": "Default"
		}
	],
	"Plugins": [
		{
			"Name": "GameLiftServerSDK",
			"Enabled": true
		}
	]
}

my GameLiftTutorial.Build.cs:

// Copyright Epic Games, Inc. All Rights Reserved.

using UnrealBuildTool;

public class GameLiftTutorial : ModuleRules
{
	public GameLiftTutorial(ReadOnlyTargetRules Target) : base(Target)
	{
		PCHUsage = PCHUsageMode.UseExplicitOrSharedPCHs;

		PublicDependencyModuleNames.AddRange(new string[] { "Core", "CoreUObject", "Engine", "InputCore", "HeadMountedDisplay", "GameLiftServerSDK" });
	}
}

and finally a picture proving that it is in my Plugins folder:

Hopefully my question was detailed enough to be answered.

Just making sure, are you working with a C++ project? Only asking because you can’t generate project files without at least one C++ file in your project.

Yes here is my solutions folder:

In your project’s Plugins folder, I noticed that the DLL and lib files weren’t placed in the ThirdParty folder. Can you double-check that your directory looks like this

Thanks!! I accidently copied the GameLiftServerSDK folder that was inside the Plugins folder :man_facepalming:
