Hangs at "Loading Plugins" and never No access to editor window.

  • I have Visual Studio 2015 installed with update 3. Bin64vc140\Editor.exe hangs at “Loading Plugins” and never gets beyond the flash screen to the actual Editor.

Hey @Haman, apologies for the issue — let me get some help from our tech team on this :slight_smile:

One this to check if you decide to try 2015 again is that you are running the editor from the \dev\Bin64vc140 folder and not the shortcuts. The shortcuts launch the editor in the \dev\Bin64vc120 folder which is the VS2013 version.

Glad you got it sorted out.

I chose to install vs2013 and then everything is normal.

This was the fix for my problem. Spend the whole day troubleshooting, trying run the game from shortcut created at install. Thanks!
