How do you decrease the size of the panels and toolbars (including text size) in Lumberyard?

The toolbars and their icons as well as all the panels and font seem to be over sized.

Apologies for the troubles with this. Curious though, do you have any DPI scaling in your native OS settings? I had this happen to me when I extended to my second screen at home. Changing the resolution and scaling helped fix it. Give it a try?
