how to make proxy in maya for complex model ?

i am making asteroid model , it has tries and uvs approx 700411 & 37831, i want to export to ly but

i can’t do it because i am unable to create a proxy and confused. i made proxy like a cryengine but

maya gives error mesh has to many uvs and has invalid polygon. vertices/normals

please help

Could you upload the screenshot for your UV set? it look like you have too many UV islands or UV sets that cause the error. This model won’t perform well in game so it won’t pass the exporting validator since it very costly to have too many UV set in single model.
