If I try to locate the Photoshop CC directory In the lumberyard plugin selector(installer) nothing happens. I’m using the newest Photoshop CC 2017. Why?
EDIT: Also it doesn’t recognize Maya 2017, even if it already has direct export options for unreal and unity(open in unreal…)
Example: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2015\Photoshop.exe
Under ‘Locate on HD’ select ‘Browse’ for the version of PS you are using
Goto the folder you’re .exe is located in, you can type or paste the path into the browser
Example: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2015
click 'Select Folder
That should install the plugin, to check, go to the PS plug-in folder (Example: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2015\Plug-ins\File Formats) and verify that there is a version of a file that starts with ‘CryTIFPlugin’
If this doesn’t work (for 2017), you can try using the Adobe CS6 option in the setup assistant and point it to the location where you CC 2017 is installed. It may not work with CC 2017 as of yet.
Also, Maya 2017 isn’t supported at this time bur should be coming online soon.
