Lumberyard 1.28 projects not building with Visual Studio 2019 16.9.2

I’m getting a variety of errors when trying to build a new project over the last week; I’ve been able to dial in the Visual Studio to 16.9.2 as one of the support docs states after the system requirements said 16.9.X. Commands and logs:

For anyone else that runs into this or similar issues. I was able to fix this by uninstalling Lumber Yard (LY) and then ensuring I had Visual Studio (VS)2019 19.9.2 with latest Windows 10 SDK available in the setup/modify menu of the VS installer. I then made sure the LY \dev\BinTemp\ folder was deleted and installing LY again and adding all of the required software and SDK’s in the Setup Assistant under the Full Installation option.

LY Install Reqs (Make sure it is VS 2019 16.9.2 and not 16.9.X:

I can confirm this solution. It helped me.
I made the mistake of updating visual studio 2019 to 16.10.2. Obviously it just threw a lot of errors.
Changed to 16.9.8. Threw different errors.
Changed to 16.9.2. Works perfect.
