Lumberyard Debug dependancies

My current understanding is that to be able to debug lumberyard project I’d have to build [ALL] debug VS configuration, which has an incredible amount of dependencies to install, such as Occulus SDK / etc.

I do not plan to develop for VR or mobile platforms. Is there a possible way to setup the build configuration in such a way that would target a specific platform, have fewer dependancies, but still allow one to debug in VS?
