Materials looking bleached in Designer objects

Hi! I realized that applying materials to the objects built with the Designer looks sort of bleached.
As you can see in the attached image, there is a quick .fbx object imported that looks as it should, and applying the same material (or the gem pbs reference ones for example) into designer objects makes them look different.
I tried and checked every tag in the rollup and lighting settins with no success.
Is this a bug or I’m doing something wrong?

PD: Please don’t deprecate this feature, it is extremely useful and handy for level design.
