I am currently working with a Mixamo actor + animation and was having trouble with the animation ‘walking’ ahead of the actual entity and then reverting back to that location (and looping that). The workaround I’ve found was that you need to assign the motion extraction node. However, now that the motion extraction node is assigned to a root that rotates while ‘idling’, the next time my character ‘walks’ forward, it begins the animation in the direction the root was facing.
What would be the work around this? I see that the sample character’s dont have a moving/rotating root.
