Reference Node does not show child motion sets

So I notice that the reference node, you cant select child motion sets in the active motion set field. I have three motion set: one name BaseMotion, and two children motion to BaseMotion(name AxeMotion, and SwordMotion). The active motion set field only shows the BaseMotion motion set
after debugging, this seem to be a bug with SetIsOwnedByRuntime function. All refs to the SetIsOwnedByRuntime function only calls the root motion set, and not the children motion set. This can only happen when EMFX_DEVELOPMENT_BUILD is defined.
