[Request] Add in set asset function for any and all components that use assets.

I’ve notice for a number of components that there doesnt seem to be a way to set what asset to use for that particular asset in C++.

For example, the video playback component has a variable “AzFramework::SimpleAssetReference m_videoAsset;” but there is no way of setting this in C++ through it’s ebus or what not.

So with that in mind, please think of creating components with the thought that there is more than just the editor interface to assign an asset.
