Unable to stop Mannequin Fragment from looping

This is a simple set up. However when testing it out in game mode, what happens is: You hold D to move slightly and play the nav animation. When releasing D, the chicken stops moving on the axis but the nav animation does not stop. How do I get the animation to stop playing when I release the key used to move?
