[VS2015] Compile Error without "Microsoft Foundation Classes for C++"

I was following this tutorial but the build failed in Visual Studio 2015 because of “fatal error RC1015: cannot open include file ‘afxres.h’”. This link helped me to fix the problem. Would probably be a good idea to include this information somewhere in the programmer tutorial series?
