Where do I find the log?

New project doesn’t start after finished build.
LY says I should consult the log.

Game can not be initialized, please consult the log

But where do I find the log?

I should add in my dev folder there is NO user folder,
so there is no:

dev/user/log/log.txt

Also when I search the dev folder for log.txt there is nothing.

Alright, I see that there are other logs in other
folders. I’ll take a look at those.

(By the way: Why not a friggin button “show log” when something goes wrong?
I notice a lot of necessary extra steps everywhere anyway. That really could be streamlined easily guys…)

Sorry, this sounds really frustrating.

The real error appears to be at the end:

Failed to load Game DLL "LK_Project01.dll"

Did your build succeed without issues? Seems that the project DLL is missing (or 1 of its dependencies) and InitGame is failing to load.

BTW I would ignore the missing PAK warnings unless you are running release and expect to use PAKs. The code always looks for the presence of these PAKs.

You can always as a hammer re configure and re-build as that can solve member issues like this.

yeah, the Project built without any errors.
However, I tried reinstalled everything, big mistake, now I have different problems (see: Create new project results in error now )

However, I am still “in the game” and I am now in the process of reinstalling AGAIN everything, this time complete from scratch, which might take a while though (running for more than 4 hours, not even halfway through) and then we’ll go from there.
